Renae earned her Masters of Social Work from Roberts Wesleyan College in 2018, and she is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). She received a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern College in 2017. Renae has been in the field for four years. Throughout her experience, she has worked with mothers experiencing unplanned pregnancies, worked with families seeking adoption, provided community based and school based mental health therapy, as well as providing therapy services for children and adolescents in residential treatment. Her most recent experience has been working with children and families involved with the Department of Child Services and/or probation, in addition to supervising staff who directly work with families in difficult circumstances. Gaia earned her Master’s in Education with a major in Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University in 2023. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHC-A) with extensive experience in the field since 2017. Throughout her career, Gaia has worked with individuals of all ages, including children aged 6-18 and families facing various treatment challenges. Gaia has a strong background in supporting children and families facing a range of treatment challenges, including those with multiple treatment issues or dual diagnoses. She has experience working with children and adults dealing with various concerns, including ADHD, depression, and anxiety. Gaia has provided services in home-based and residential treatment settings, and she is skilled in working with blended families, as well as families involved in foster care and preadoptive/adoptive processes.
